1. Number of classes and homework

Only students committing to 2 or more classes per week will be receiving homework/additional works after 10 October 2022. Anyone booking under 2 classes per week, will not be receiving homework as these are free of charge add ons which take extra out of session time for the tutors and effort for the tutor. As our rates are the most competitive and best rates, this is required to maximize the value and meet our overheads.

2. Class cancellation and no shows

No charge for cancellation if notified before 3 hours. If you are unable to do a session, please provide us with notice at least 3 hours ahead of time. If notice is not given within 3 hours of the scheduled session time, you will be charged for the session.

These requests exist to ensure your tutor is looked after and sessions aren’t regularly cancelled at the last minute. For your tutor, the session begins way before the actual session time. They spend time before the session preparing and planning to maximize the value they can bring to your child, so by providing adequate notice of changes and cancellations they will feel valued and appreciated.

3. Payments

Payments are to be made on or before the due date mentioned in the invoice. If unable to make a payment within the due date, kindly notify us. Your prompt payments are highly appreciated and this would help us manage our overheads.
